Serene Advanced Skin Care was founded by certified nurse practitioner Colleen Clarke-Romero, ARNP, DCNP. With over ten years of specialization in dermatology, Colleen uses her background in medicine along with her love for skin care to provide the best, scientifically-proven results for clients.

Meet Our Founder
Colleen Clarke-Romero, ARNP, DCNP
Colleen has more than a decade of experience as a family nurse practitioner specializing in dermatology. She is also certified in a variety of laser treatments with 12 years of aesthetic laser treatments as a nurse practitioner.
Colleen’s certifications include Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, Laser Safety, Skin Rejuvenation, VI Peel, Micro Needling, PRP/PRF, body contouring, hair restoration and she is a ZO Skin Health Expert. Her passion is helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their skin.

Mackenzie Sutherlin
Mackenzie has always been very passionate about making patients feel great on both the inside and the outside which led her to transition to aesthetics. Mackenzie has trained with some of the top injectors in the United States as well as partnering with Merz, Allergan and Revanesse. She has certifications in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and face microneedling, laser hair removal, IPL, PRP and body contouring as well as a ZO Skincare Expert. She is passionate about creating your personalized skincare regimen partnering with ZO skincare for prevention, correction and maintenance.
Mackenzie strives to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals through safe and effective treatments. She is dedicated to continuing learning and growing with the aesthetics world. When Mackenzie is not working you can find her spending time with her family, on the boat or enjoying time outdoors.
